Honorees
It is our great honor to introduce two remarkable individuals and past Heart Ball chairs, whose dedication to both their professions and their community is truly inspiring—George and Kim Vincent.
George Vincent, is a visionary leader in both the legal and civic spheres. George spent over four decades at Dinsmore & Shohl, where he served as Managing Partner for 15 years, overseeing the firm’s growth into more than 35 cities nationwide. He has long been recognized among the nation’s top attorneys, named consistently in Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA. In 2025, George was named Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of The Kroger Co., where he now plays a key leadership role in one of the largest companies in the country. Just as impressive as his professional accomplishments is George’s commitment to giving back. He has served as chair of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, The Christ Hospital, Cincinnati Museum Center, The Greater Cincinnati Foundation and the Cincinnati Art Museum, shaping the future of our region through visionary board leadership.
Kim Vincent has spent her life committed to helping others thrive. For over 26 years, she worked as an occupational therapist, serving both adults and children with disabilities. That passion for people carried seamlessly into a successful second career in real estate. For the past 20 years, Kim has been a leading Realtor with Sibcy Cline Realtors, where she currently serves as a Senior Sales Vice President. Beyond her professional success, Kim is a powerful advocate for individuals with disabilities. She helped lead the charge on the Living Arrangements for the Developmentally Disabled’s (LADD) Forever Home initiative, raising more than $3.6 million, and co-created an inclusive Reds game experience that puts individuals of all abilities at the heart of the action, a concept that has now spread across Major League Baseball.
Together, Kim and George represent the very best of what it means to serve with their time, their talents, and their hearts. It is a privilege to recognize them as individuals who have made a lasting impact on our community.
